    私思うのですが、AIJが身の潔白を証明したいと思うのであれば、任された資金の運用実績をはっきりと示すべきだと思うのです。

    　何故、2000億円近いお金が消失してしまったのか、と。運用に失敗して穴を開けたのか、或いは、そうではなく他の用途に使ってしまったのか、と。

    　にも拘らず今回の件に関しては、腑に落ちない新聞の解説が目立つのです。

    　それは、どういう事かと言えば、運用を任せた企業年金側の方もプロの投資家なのだから、と。
    そして、当局の監視にも限界がある、と。

    　確かに、運用を任せた結果、損失が発生しても、企業年金の側がそれに文句をいう事ができないのは原則そのとおり。

    　でも、今回、企業年金の側は、運用の結果損失が出たことに対して苦情を言っているのではないのです。それに、そもそも消失した1800億円ほどの理由について、会社側は何にも言っていないのです。そうではなく、問題は、1800億円ものお金が消失してしまったことについて、何故今まで黙っていたのか、と。そして、これは推測ですが、何故運用実績に関し、虚偽の報告をしてきたかと言うことに文句を言っているのです。

    　それから当局の責任論についてですが、何から何まで当局の責任にするつもりはないのですが、
    これまでに分かった情報によれば、もうかなり以前からこのAIJ投資顧問の運用実績については疑問の声が相当寄せられていたのに、何故当局の行動が遅れたのかということであるのです。そういう意味で私は、敢て異議を唱えているのです。
